Running for President- Pat Fasano  (unopposed)

I am announcing candidacy for president of the homeowners association. Over the past two years I have enjoyed bringing informative speakers to the homeowners of Asbury park. I would like to continue to work with the board over the next two years to increase our membership and continue bringing relevant information to the taxpayers.

I have been a resident of Asbury Park for the past 10 years and my company has 15 years of development experience in our city. Over that time I’ve seen sweeping changes across the city but I believe the best is yet to come. I look forward to  continuing the work  with the homeowners helping to restore Asbury Park to its proper place ”  Jewel of the Jersey Shore”

Running for Secretary- William Rothert  (unopposed)

Hi, I have served as APHA secretary for 2013, 2014 and 2015.  I first took this position in the interest of insuring that APHA continue as a viable organization serving the Home and Condo owners in Asbury Park.  Additionally, I was and am interested in contributing to improving Asbury Park for the good of everyone.  I am therefore willing to continue as secretary of the APHA.

Running for a position as Trustee of the Board  (unopposed)

My name is Sam Di Falco, my husband and I along with our two boys have a home in Wesley Grove. We are part-time residents in Asbury and a full- time residents in Langhorne, PA.

I have been active in the Asbury community for almost ten years when we purchased rental properties in the Esplanade and the Santander. Even though I am part time resident, I have been very active in the Asbury community by serving on the Boards of both of these communities, and supporting many organizations in Asbury including the Asbury Park Homeowner’s Association (APHA) during their 20th Anniversary House Tour, and volunteering at The Center Square Thrift in Belmar.

In PA, I have been on the Board of my Homeowners Association for almost 28 years;  Parent Association President at our oldest son’s school; and I am an active member of the Parent Association Board at our youngest son’s school, the Lewis School in Princeton.

I believe I bring a lot of experience and passion to the APHA and welcome the opportunity to join as a Trustee.
